13/51 - The Leafercon

This 24" x 18" original acrylic painting brings a childhood memory to canvas. The concept of The Leafercons was conjured up with my childhood best friend when we were six years of age. These faeries would disguise themselves as the leaves of the Hong Kong Orchid Tree and would glide in the sky on their leafy wings. The colors of this piece reflect the hues in this type of tree.
