10/51 - Breathe In The Light

This 18" x 24" original acrylic painting captures the moment an earth faerie breathes in the late spring sunlight to promote growth. As she inhales the golden rays of light, the ferns that adorn her unfurl. This piece was created using Impressionistic brush strokes and palette knife techniques. There are a few metallic medium highlights if you gaze upon her in the light.
